Our Commitment to Your Success
1. Service Agreement
By engaging with FreeUnApp's scholarship application services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- FreeUnApp will provide professional scholarship application services on your behalf
- We commit to applying to the top 5 most suitable institutions based on your profile
- Our services include document review, essay enhancement, and strategic application submission
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information throughout the process
2. Document Authenticity & Validity
Critical Requirement: You must ensure all submitted documents are authentic and valid:
- All academic certificates, transcripts, and test scores must be genuine and current
- Personal statements and essays must be your original work
- You must disclose any special conditions or circumstances affecting your application
- Immediate notification required for any changes in your academic or personal status
- Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate service termination
3. Success-Based Pricing
- Full Scholarship: 700,000 RWF payable only upon securing full financial coverage
- Partial Scholarship: 350,000 RWF payable only upon securing partial financial support
- Admission Only: No additional fees if only admission is secured without scholarship
- Visa Support: 50,000 RWF for optional embassy expert training
- Payment is due within 30 days of receiving official scholarship confirmation
4. Communication & Cooperation
- You must respond to our communications within 48 hours during critical application periods
- Timely submission of requested documents and information is mandatory
- You agree to keep us informed of any changes in contact information
- Regular updates on application status will be provided through agreed communication channels
5. Limitations & Disclaimers
- While we strive for success, scholarship outcomes cannot be guaranteed
- Institution decisions are beyond our control
- We are not responsible for visa application outcomes or embassy decisions
- Service fees are non-refundable once scholarship is secured
6. Agreement Acceptance
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. This agreement represents the complete understanding between you and FreeUnApp regarding our scholarship application services.
